With a patty consisting of ground beef, house made chorizo, ground bison, egg, salt, pepper, and organic FreshJax garlic, these flavors compliment the sweet potato mash and basil peppercorn aioli perfectly. Topped with roma tomatoes, you have a burger ready to satisfy any appetite.

This dish is made with sweet potatoes, Earth Balance butter, coconut palm sugar, cinnamon, garlic, ground beef, chorizo, ground bison, eggs, olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, onion, black peppercorn, honey, distilled vinegar, basil, spinach, pepper supreme, white pepper, red onion, grape tomatoes, kale, salt and pepper.

The Paleo version comes without sweet potato mash, and has extra vegetables.

Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
