Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
When we think enchiladas, we think of three primary ingredients: the tortilla, the meat, and the sauce. With our dish, we added a fourth, absolutely necessary ingredient… CHEESE! Our dish starts with yellow rice, then it’s topped with our GF/DF cheese, chopped chicken breast, black beans, corn, and a generous helping of our red enchilada sauce. We also added some house fried tortilla chips, for the perfect crunch to go along with this tasty dish.
This dish comes with rice, turmeric, sazon seasoning, GF white corn tortilla, chicken breast, tomato sauce, chicken base, cumin, light chili powder, granulated garlic, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, dried oregano, coriander, cinnamon, Daiya Cheddar, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime, coriander, salt, and pepper.
