Chicken A La Vodka
This dish is made with gluten-free rice pasta, chicken breast, tomato sauce (sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, onion, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chicken stock, vegan cream (brown rice, canola oil, pea protein), salt, pepper, red pepper flake, thyme, basil, oregano, yellow squash, zucchini, red onions, roasted grape tomatoes, and asparagus.
(Paleo version comes without pasta, and has extra vegetables)
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
