Chicken A La Vodka
This dish is made with gluten-free rotini pasta, chicken breast. Sauce: sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, onion, tomato paste, lime juice, chicken stock, vegan cream (brown rice, canola oil, pea protein), salt, pepper, red pepper flake, fresh herbs. Vegetables: yellow squash, zucchini, red onions, roasted grape tomatoes, and asparagus.
(Paleo version comes without pasta, and has extra vegetables)
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
