Chicken Pad Thai
This dish is made with peanut butter, rice pad thai noodles, chicken tenderloin, cilantro, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, kaffir lime leaf, fish sauce, tamari, red bell peppers, thai chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, salt & pepper, snap peas, carrots, green bell peppers, purple cabbage, scallions, onions and peas (peas not in paleo)
Paleo dish comes without noodles, has extra vegetables.
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
