Chicken Pad Thai
This dish is made with pad thai noodles, chicken breast, olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, vegetable base, molasses, ground ginger, granulated garlic & onion, honey, worcestershire, herbs de provence, thyme, red pepper flakes, white onion, green & red bell peppers, ginger, lemongrass, lime juice, fish sauce, red curry paste, coconut milk, cilantro, agave, peanut butter, carrots, cremini mushrooms, snow peas, salt, and pepper.
Paleo dish comes without noodles or peanut butter, and has almond butter and extra vegetables.
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
