Chicken Pad Thai
This dish is made with rice pad thai noodles, chicken tenderloin, peanut butter, onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, coconut aminos, fish sauce, red curry paste, red chili oil, honey, coconut milk, chicken stock, lime juice, cilantro, snap peas, carrots, green bell peppers, purple cabbage, scallions and peas (peas not in paleo)
Paleo dish comes without noodles, has extra vegetables and uses almond butter instead of peanut butter.
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
