Cilantro Lime Chicken Thighs
This dish is made with jasmine rice, black beans, grilled chicken thighs, cilantro, salt, pepper, lime juice & zest, eggs, olive oil, onion, garlic, brussels sprouts, rainbow swiss chard, and green bell peppers.
Paleo version comes without rice or beans, and has extra vegetables.
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
