This dish is made with jasmine rice, black beans, chicken thighs, granulated garlic and onion, herbs de provence, eggs, olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, cilantro, brussel sprouts, rainbow swiss chard, green bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
Paleo version comes without rice or beans, and has extra vegetables.
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
