Mojo Chicken Thighs
This dish is made with yellow rice, chicken thighs, orange juice, lime, lemon, garlic, oregano, thyme, cilantro, eggs, olive oil, brussels sprouts, red onion, yellow squash butternut squash, salt, and pepper.
*The Paleo version of this meal is SCD and Keto (Paleo does not contain yellow rice, and has extra vegetables instead)
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
