Spanish Chicken Thighs
This dish is made with yellow rice, chicken thighs. Sauce: tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, saffron, salt, pepper, cilantro, chicken stock, green olives. Vegetables: red and green bell peppers, red onion, brussels sprouts.
(Paleo version comes without rice, and has extra vegetables)
