For this meal, we rub and slow roast our pork butt, and place it over our garlic fried rice with our signature “Asian Slaw”, which contains broccoli, carrot, purple cabbage, all tossed lightly w/ a little bit of our house-made Ginger Aioli.
This dish is made with white rice, pork, coconut cream, eggs, balsamic vinegar, vegetable stock, garlic, onion, lime juice, lemon juice, broccoli, carrot, purple cabbage, green peas, dijon mustard, ginger, sesame oil, fish sauce, molasses, ground ginger, granulated garlic & onion, coconut palm sugar, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper.
Paleo version does not contain rice or green peas, but comes with extra vegetables.
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
