Greek Chicken Meatloaf
This dish is made with white rice, garlic, leeks, dill, ground chicken, onion, garlic, pepperoncini, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, oregano, fennel, thyme, gluten-free panko, tomato paste, olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, red pepper flake, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
(Paleo version comes without rice, and has extra vegetables)
