Korean Beef Short Ribs
This dish is made with grits, beef short rib meat, coconut aminos, beef stock, coconut sugar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, onion, carrot, ginger, salt, pepper, apple sauce, rice wine vinegar, scallions, “Kimchi” style cabbage, and roasted grape tomatoes.
Paleo version comes without grits, and has extra vegetables.
