Korean Glazed Chicken Meatballs
This dish is made with kimchi fried rice [carrots, peas, kimchi: (korean chili flakes, nappa cabbage, scallions, carrot, daikon radish, house made gochujang (white miso, korean chili flakes, rice wine vinegar, ginger)] ground chicken, scallions, gluten-free panko breading, salt, pepper, gochujang, kimchi aioli (garlic, lemon, eggs, distilled vinegar, mustard powder), Broccoli, cauliflower, roasted red onion, selery, salt, pepper, sunflower oil.
(Paleo version comes without kimchi fried rice, and has extra vegetables)
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
