This dish is made with yukon potatoes, fresh Red Snapper, Earth Balance vegan butter, garlic, macadamia nuts, gluten-free panko, agave, lobster puree, ginger, onion, lemon, vegan cream (brown rice, canola oil, pea protein), white wine, haricot verts, shallots, salt, and pepper.
