Pork Banh Mi Bowl
This dish is made with jasmine rice, ground pork, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, onion, scallion, cilantro, fish sauce, coconut palm sugar, sriracha, lime juice, eggs, olive oil, carrots, zucchini, cabbage, pickled red onion, salt and pepper.
Paleo version comes without rice, and has extra vegetables.
