Salisbury Steak (Next Day)
Could you imagine a world without Salisbury Steak? Beef and pork, combined with a heaping helping of fresh herbs to create a patty is so simple, yet so loved by everyone. That was our main goal with our version of this beloved dish! We added our mashed Yukon garlic potatoes, and topped it with a good amount of our house made brown gravy for a filling meal.
This dish is made with Yukon potato, garlic confit, Earth Balance Butter, onion, beef, pork, eggs, parsley, Worcestershire, red wine, xanthan gum, bacon fat, red wine, mushroom, beef base, dry thyme, olive oil, green beans, cremini mushrooms, carrots, salt, and pepper.
*Paleo version comes without potatoes and has extra vegetables.
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
