Smoked Turkey w/ Gravy

This dish is made with Yukon potatoes, turkey breast, garlic, onion, sage, thyme, coriander, olive oil, Earth Balance soy-free vegan butter, cremini mushroom, bacon, beef base, worcestershire, thyme, dry red wine, xanthan, green beans, shallots, dried cranberries, salt, and pepper.

*The Paleo version of this meal does not contain potatoes, and has cauliflower mash instead) 

Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
