Tandoori Chicken Meatloaf
This dish is made with red potatoes, ground chicken, olive oil, kosher salt, garlic, paprika, cumin, ginger, turmeric, coriander, cayenne, onion, red bell pepper, scallions, carrots, ketchup, eggs, lemon juice, dijon mustard, yellow curry paste, rice wine vinegar, parsley, mint, cauliflower, red bell pepper, red onion, salt, and pepper.
(Paleo version comes without curried red potatoes, and has extra vegetables)
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
