Thai Coconut Cod
This dish is made with white rice, fresh Cod fish, salt, pepper, olive oil, green curry paste, coconut milk, almond butter, fish sauce, garlic, onion, ginger, coconut aminos, lime, lemongrass, cilantro, zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers, cauliflower, and snap peas.
(Paleo version comes without rice, and has extra vegetables)
Family Size portions available - serves 4 'Healthy Balance' meals in an oven ready dish. Preheat to 350F, remove the lid, and re-heat for 15 minutes.
