This dish is made with Yukon potatoes, cod, tomatoes, onions, garlic, red curry, coconut milk, honey, lime juice, tomato paste, carrots, cauliflower, yellow squash, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
(Paleo version comes without potatoes, and has extra vegetables)
